Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PrufAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrufAgent is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform that searches publicly available information across dating apps, social media platforms, and public databases. We do not hack, breach, or access private accounts. All data we access is publicly available.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PrufAgent. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrufAgent only for lawful purposes, including:

Verifying the online presence of a romantic partner
Conducting personal background research
Protecting yourself from catfishing or fraud

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to stalk, harass, or intimidate anyone
Use results for illegal purposes
Resell or redistribute scan results
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
Use automated tools to access the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

PrufAgent searches publicly available data. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate, or current. False positives and false negatives may occur. Do not use scan results as the sole basis for legal or life decisions.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If our engine returns zero results and you believe the target has active profiles, contact support within 48 hours for a review.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on PrufAgent is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrufAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrufAgent from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
