Public sources
PrufAgent checks publicly reachable profile and web evidence. It does not hack, access private accounts, bypass logins, or represent weak clues as certainty.
Masked Preview
Visitors can see whether useful evidence categories exist before checkout. Claim details, source URLs, and report findings remain locked until purchase.
Evidence outcomes
Reports use Consistent evidence, Mixed evidence, Material conflict, or Not enough evidence instead of a trust or safety score.
Responsible-use rules
- No harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, or illegal use.
- No employment, tenant, credit, insurance, or FCRA decision-making.
- No claim that a match is proof unless the cited evidence supports it.
- Review every source, unknown, and coverage limit before acting.
Support and escalation
Billing, privacy, removal, and abuse reports go to support@prufagent.com. Include receipt email, order date, exact URLs when relevant, and the reason the request needs review. Most support requests receive a first reply within one business day.
